At SANSI Lighting, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If our LED solutions do not meet your expectations, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer support team with your order number and the reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the products in their original packaging, ensuring all accessories and manuals are included to maintain eligibility for a full refund.

• 3.
  Ship to SANSI

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location; please retain your tracking number for reference.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned lighting fixtures, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your replacement within 5-7 business days.
